The shoes are a size 44 and are in great condition. Also includes removable metal toe spikes. The tread around the cleat has been trimmed to better fit the pedal.

The pedals are the Forte "Carve" model. Basically the same as the mid-level Shimano SPD's (PD-M540?) They spin nice and smooth and the threads are in perfect shape.

The only reason I'm selling the shoes is because I bought a new pair of shoes that are less aggressive and are more "walkable". I'm selling the pedals because I ran across a deal on ebay for nicer ones that I couldn't pass up...

I'm selling them as a set since the cleats are already mounted on the shoes. This is the perfect way to make the leap into clipless pedals! Once you've had them, you'll wonder how you ever rode without them!
