I am looking for someone to share a spacious 2 bedroom apartment close to Downtown Erie. Nice neighbourhood. I am a 38 year old white male who works locally. The successful applicant would practically have the apartment to themselves as i share my time between Erie & Indiana when not working.
The apartment is on a second floor and is very clean throughout. Off Street parking is available. Im looking for someone to move in ASAP.
