I currently live with 4 roommates in a TWO side apartment in Wesleyville, PA which is located in Erie county and only 10-15 min away from Erie destinations and about 20 min away from Presque Isle. It is also one 5 minutes away from PSU Behrend and within 10 min of walmart and any other destination needed. I pay $2100 A SEMESTER, however since I am not going to school at PSU Behrend for this upcoming spring semester I need to sublease the apartment. My landlord will have to screen incoming candidate however he is a very nice guy and him, his wife and friend take care of the apartment. My room is somewhat small with a bed and dresser but the side you would be living on is 1 floor with a bathroom, kitchen and a living room, furnished with a futon tv and chairs, other furniture may be brought in however. All roommates are male and are easy to get along with and talk to about any concerns. Please feel free to contact me by email or by cell phone or both. This is a must for I am trying to move back to a location where I can maintain a full time job without paying rent at this apartment. Rent includes ALL uitilities and basic cable (+high speed internet) additional cable cost $20 a semester. Semester = Jan-May. Contact for any specific questions. No pets.
