Thank you for checking out my beautiful large one bedroom apartment. I promise you will be impressed by the quality of the materials used in the rooms, it is a very well maintained building which follows all the code requirements to a T. You can feel very safe living here. It is clean and low maintenance. Great for a 1 or a 2 person dwelling. Ready for immediate move in!
Lease would be through the end of February 2010, and if at that time you are satisfied with everything then you may renew the lease in your name for an additional 12 months.
