Medical News magazine is looking for experienced medical writers in the Boston area including the north shore, shouth shore and cape. You may live outside the area as long as you know that interviews are conducted via phone and we do not reimburse telephone expenses.


The articles usually highlight a specific technology, area of expertise or new practice area. Writers must have a good command of medical terminology and understand sometimes complex medical procedures.


Writers must be extremely professional and adhere to strict deadlines. Articles range between 1200-1500 words.Pay ranges from 300-375 per article. Respond to this ad with samples and resume.

Manage inbound calls from global account customers, Area customers, complaint hotline, and field service teams (FLSPs) in accordance with each program processes during shift.
Utilize customer service and PC skills to professionally and proficiently manage customer contact online in Service Management database in order to meet call center performance goals for Customer Satisfaction, Service Level and Call Quality.
Utilize Service Management database modules (i.e, service, helpdesk, field quote, calendar, skills, communications, etc) and peripheral applications online to quickly identify customer account information. Evaluate contractual obligations, level of coverage, systems and/or equipment, warranty conditions and other account related information to respond effectively to customer needs call center environment and in accordance with Account Management program.
Utilize knowledge of our client's business offerings and Account Management processes to question customer in order to resolve specified problem or to determine impact of problem to customer's business goals and objectives. Establish appropriate action plan for time of day and priority.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent with two to three years related experience dispatching and/or service coordination for a service organization.
EY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our administrative assistant will be responsible for the following types of activities:

* Receive calls and e-mails from customers and carriers and ensure issues are routed to the appropriate resource
* Set up and coordinate conference calls, appointments and meetings
* Word processing: correspondence, projects and proposals.
* Perform clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
* Review applications and forms for completion and submit to the appropriate carriers.
* Assist producer by telephoning existing clients to set appointment and review meetings.
* Prepare for client meetings by gathering materials needed.
* Prepare and update a variety of management reports
