MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Responsible for accurate routine cases through multiple applications, analysis, involving the ability to make decisions within the limits of general practices, procedures and policies
-May act as team lead on occasion
-Work performed independently with supervisor available to handle unusual situations
-Occasional instruction, training or assigning of work to other employees
-Prepare credit adjustments
-Download personal calling minutes to subscriber's vehicle
-Extend complimentary packages to subscriber's accounts
-Review all open cases from multiple applications prior to completed cases
-Issue refund checks to open and closed accounts
-Process all valid requests for compensation through multiple applications within Revenue Management metrics
-Perform credit adjustment to accounts in the OnStar application
-Download personal calling minutes to OnStar vehicle and process credits/debits back to the dealer's accounts
-Ability to interpret and administer accounting procedures and principles
-Oral and written communication skills
-Ability to operate office machines
-Interpersonal Skills to work effectively with others
-Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complex
-Willing to work flexible hours including major holidays
-Possibility of being crossed trained to work in multiple areas in department
