Re: Coronavirus: Many groups find Fairway North attractive because it's so self-contained. You won't need to mix with other people much when you have your own pool, pool table, game table, ping-pong, gas grill, fire pit, and large yard for cornhole, bocce, and other games. The long front porch with a swing & 3 rockers is perfect for chatting, drinking a beverage, and watching the action on the 13th fairway & green. You can safely ride bikes in our quiet neighborhood.
1 mile from the strip, 1/2 mile from Lake Erie and Geneva Township Park, where the pictured swings and pavilion are located. Close to Ashtabula County's 25 wineries.
Summer rates: First 2 nights $600/night, additional nights $300/night, $2400/week (6 nights).
Summer rates apply when the pool is open.
2-night minimum during the summer season.
6-night booking required June 24 - August 11, 2024 (check in Monday, check out Sunday).
Off-season rates: First 2 nights $400/night, additional nights $200/night, $1,600/week.
